Originally from the warmer climes of Spain, Miguel completed his studies from Glasgow Caledonian University, qualifying as an Independent Prescribing Optometrist, with a specialism in contact lenses. Independent optometry runs in the family, as Miguel’s mother is an optometrist with her own practice in Seville. It was here that Miguel learnt about people and developed a passion for helping others. With a sunny disposition in his DNA, you can feel the warmth in his engaging style. Whilst Melrose is a place that celebrates sport, Miguel loves undertaking triathalons…
