Concept Eye Clinic is a successful group of elite practices across the country providing advanced and high-quality patient eye care. We are looking for talented people in an office-based role, where you will serve as an interface for our clinics to deal with telephone queries.
Essential
Exceptional communication and engagement skills
Ideally, we seek someone with optical knowledge
You must have a minimum of 3 years continuous experience in a corporate or health care environment in a customer facing role.
Experience of booking appointments
You are target driven
You are professional in your work approach.
Have a friendly/ warm and confident telephone manner
Have excellent literacy skills
Good to basic IT knowledge (training will be provided).
Ability to work on your own initiative.
